The technology park was running its operations across disconnected spreadsheets, paper visitor logs, and manual banking reconciliations. With over 80 tenant companies and fluctuating utility allocations, invoice errors were regular, rent collections were delayed, and producing audit-compliant monthly trial balances required weeks of manual data consolidation.

Designed and deployed a unified cloud ERP built on React 19 and Firebase. Architected an automated double-entry accounting engine with strict ledger balancing, automated tenant billing cycles, real-time visitor security badge tracking, and role-based staff payroll pipelines with one-click exportable balance sheets.
