01 / The Problem Statement

Operational Bottlenecks & Inefficiencies

HAH operated cross-border shipments relying heavily on MS Word document templates for commercial invoices and dozens of disjointed Excel workbooks for freight tracking. Discrepancies between custom clearance documents, supplier purchases, and physical warehouse cash reserves routinely caused shipment delays and costly bookkeeping audits.

Engineered a tailor-made Next.js and PostgreSQL ERP specifically structured around international shipping incoterms and customs compliance.
